It’s been a while since my last post, the reason being that I had a lot of work to do on Nicole after abandoning her for so long. To make matters worse, I recently had a serious car accident to deal with, which saw my car being written off by my insurance company. It’s also taking me a while to adapt to my new lifestyle in retirement. However, last month I received a telephone call from Hollywood inviting me to their Pitch a Producer programme. I must admit, I was a bit suspicious at first, but after researching the company on the internet, I decided to embrace their offer, and I’m so glad I did. Since then, I have attended a Zoom meeting and received lots of free reading material plus videos to give me insight into the process of preparing myself to have a one-on-one telephone conversation with the producer of my choice. Having joined their programme, I now have an appointment in October to speak to my chosen producer regarding the suitability of Arthur’s Seed to be adapted into a film or series.

It goes without saying that I am so excited about being given the chance to finally present Arthur’s Seed to a professional film producer. To top it all, I have always believed in the power of horoscopes, and when I read my personal horoscope for the coming months, I was gobsmacked by what it predicted for me. I know many will say I’m mad to take them seriously, but these are not the run-of-the-mill readings you read in magazines or newspapers. The horoscopes I receive are written especially for me after telling the astrologer my date of birth and time, plus where I was born in the world.

Who knows what will happen? I have never been driven by money in my various businesses, it was always the joy and pleasure of creating something special that my customers and clients needed. I’ve always let my creations speak for themselves, and yes, I did make a decent living from them. It was no different, apart from making money when I wrote Arthur’s Seed; I enjoyed the journey so much by creating my story. When I finally self-published my debut novel, I knew that I would never make a decent living from any book sales, but I carried on and began to write the second book in my trilogy, which has been released chapter by chapter as they are written on this Blog Page.

Now to the future! Whatever happens after speaking to my chosen producer depends on whether she feels the same about the story as many of my loyal fans do, that it would make a great film. If yes, then I will embrace this golden opportunity with both hands and work with her to deliver the project. If she is not interested in taking on Arthur’s Seed, then I will respectfully accept her professional opinion and politely withdraw from the programme. However, please be assured that I will continue to finish what I have started and complete the trilogy I promised to give you, which I will post on my website, where you will be able to follow the continuing story of Izzy and her brother's amazing adventures in Cuddfan.
