SAD NEWS FROM ME

Due to a number of sad circumstances, I have to announce that I am shutting down my website. WIX, the company that hosts it, plans to increase my operating fees by a substantial amount at the end of April this year. Combined with the sad death of Graham Cook last year and the demise of Writersworld, the loss of his personal account for marketing support from Gardners, who is one of the world's leading book wholesalers and the effects that this has made on any book sales, I have no other option but to close my account with WIX due to my personal financial circumstances.

However, that does not mean that I’m giving up on Arthur’s Seed altogether. Book One of Arthur’s Seed is still available to buy on some internet sites thanks to my continuing contract with Bookvault. Instead of continuing to run an expensive website as an open window on the world of Arthur’s Seed and myself, I hope to create my own YouTube channel. From here, I plan to continue producing books Two and Three, which will be released free of charge as Video Podcasts chapter by chapter, as I did back in the days of the COVID crisis. Whether or not I could afford the cost of self-publishing more books is uncertain at the moment.

It's important to note that my decision to close my WIX account does not reflect on the company. When I first ventured into the online world, WIX was an invaluable tool, connecting me with my fans and providing a window for the curious into my world by logging on to www.arthurseed.co.uk. I am grateful for their support and will miss logging on to check who in the world is watching me. I would wholeheartedly recommend WIX to anyone starting their online journey.
